2018 First November Weekend Pastel Workshops at Harbour House

Harbour House, Kingsbridge Sat 3rd Nov - Sun 4th Nov

The weekend Pastel Workshops at Harbour House mean that you can have a more relaxed approach to your painting without the pressure of feeling you have to do as much as possible in one day.

You go home (eventually!) at the end of Saturday, leaving your easel ready to start again on the Sunday. And that’s where the fun starts …….

You will be able to start something different, watch a demonstration on how to handle perspectives, or use a limited palette, as well as gleaning some tips from your Tutor who loves to share his knowledge and experience with his students.

The purpose of these workshops is to help each individual to develop their own pastel painting style using their own choice of subject. They cater for raw beginners as well as those with experience of this most exciting and forgiving of mediums.

These weekend Pastel workshops have come about as a result of popular demand, but they also cater for individuals who prefer to come for one day only. The sessions are limited to 8 students, giving Keith the opportunity to provide more one to one tuition and attention.

  • Weekends £72 per weekend
  • Single Days £40 per day

(prices correct 26.08.2018)

How To Book

Please initially enquire by email at [email protected], post to 21 Great Ground, Shaftesbury, Dorset SP 7 8FE or telephone 01747 852507 when we will be able to confirm availability and Keith can talk you through the requirements and answer any queries you may have. Then please confirm your booking with a cheque payment for the relevant number of workshops booked. We are happy to refund or credit places paid for and not taken up, if someone on the waiting list can come along at short notice, provided there is a full session of 8 students.

There is currently a place available for both  days,  – but if you are interested , please let us know as soon as it is available.   People drop out for all sorts of reasons, and living in this glorious part of Devon means un-planned guests tend to disrupt plans, and we quite understand!
